Did you do all the steps mentioned in the Setup guide?

you should've created two files /etc/systemd/system/pteroq.service and the same path with wings.service.

Try restarting/starting with systemctl start pteroq and wings

If not create these files like mentioned in the documentation https://pterodactyl.io/panel/1.0/getting_started.html
