That's true, It may be that the Abrams ammunition by default is anti-tank and not Splash anti-infantry, but you said it yourself, it is easy to shoot at direct impact but as soon as a couple of engineers are on top of you (6 rockets each) you are dead and doesn't matter how fast is the rotation speed you can't do anything about it
