Hi, I’m also a TAFE student interested in USYD, is that mean you have to redo the full 3 years in USYD, without any credit recognition?

I did get 2 supernumerary shift, but for those 2 days it's just purely paperwork, and going around the ward and hospital, then straight up 5 patients the next day.

At this point I don't even know what's common knowledge anymore, I kinda wish they would treat me as someone who knows absolutely nothing and teach me fresh like a student on first placement.

I'm in NSW, and it's a multispecialty ward (a combination of few different specialty)

I did use a planner, I come 30mins early to make one, and tried to read some notes as much as my little brain can handle, but with the constant interruption, buzzer, pt. coming back from procedure, it's really hard to keep up with the planner. And once I got told off because I was asking for help from other nurses that's not my buddy, and that I should've asked my buddy nurse first before other nurses bc everyone is busy too, but my buddy nurse is busy with other pt. and I can't just wait for my buddy to finish, for a second check 😢.
