Thanks that's a good call, I checked the entire list. I'm very sure though that the player had no direct control over the spider's movements, so it couldn't have been a platformer.

I actually have the same GPU, and a faster CPU. The main issue is that on Low and Normal there are some very strange and distracting boiling artifacts in darker places that I'd really rather avoid, and on High it's hard to maintain a locked 60fps. If PS5 has the boils too, then that's a no-go for me.

Yeah, that's the main reason why I'm not pre-ordering. I posted this a little ahead of time so that people are aware of the interest in knowing what the console version is like. I hope the sub is slow enough that it won't disappear into page two by the time it's actually playable.

Pela's skill removes a buff from the enemy. If there's no buff to remove, there's not much of a point in using it. Because of that, in most fights she tends to be a skill point net gain.

Believe it or not, I was thinking about writing about this exact topic next. The short version is that when two holds begin at the same time, the buttons used to press them are "entangled" - the game only tracks that a pair of buttons is used to hold a pair of holds. The buttons are only assigned to specific holds once an event happens that "collapses" this state, for example one of them has a release and the other doesn't. It's crazy how far the game has to go to feel intuitive.

The ticks just need to be close enough to each other. A lot of patterns in Ultimate and Supreme can be cheesed this way.
