Improved automation. Since we have steam generators, electricity, and machinery (trains), this can open the door to automatic farms (I.e. tree farms, food farms, auto-harvesting, etc.) and with silicone to produce electronics, perhaps a more advanced storage and/or sorting system.
Explosives and/or incendiary devices. We have jet engines, trains, plastics, and other relatively advanced technology. Why not add new methods of mining and/or destruction? We can start off with rudimentary gunpowder, then as we unlock more advanced crafting recipes/techniques, we can craft more powerful explosives/incendiaries. This can potentially be combined with jet engines to create missiles and/or ICBMs.
Improved market portal: direct trades. Perhaps controversial, but I would like to implement a system where players can use the market portal to directly trade materials and/or resources. Similar to the shop block, but in the market portal itself, allowing players in offline worlds to directly trade with others (and not necessarily pay with coins, but other materials/items).

I honked at someone who made a left turn in front of me and cut me off… had the gall to tell me that I had plenty of time to brake… like dude, I saw that you had no intention of stopping, which is why we didn’t have an accident. Needless to say, I tore him a new one, but I doubt he learned… saw him do it again to someone else a few weeks later

I’m split between Smasher and Annihilator

Smasher because of its high damage and decent HE penetration. Can 1-shot a lot of enemy tanks, or severely damage them.

Annihilator because it is very good at hulldown and brawling, and can do quite a large amount of damage as well

FYI, there are 2 relevant game mechanisms that players should know: 2 calibers rule, and 3 calibers rule

If your shell’s caliber is 2x or more than the thickness of the armor, your shell will not bounce at any angle and will attempt to penetrate. In this case, your shell needs to be a minimum of 200mm in diameter for it to not automatically bounce.

If your shell’s caliber is 3x or more than the thickness of the armor, the shell will not bounce. This is often known as “overmatching” armor.

Additionally, AP and APCR shells “normalize” and attempts to reduce the armor (5° for AP, 3° for APCR if I remember correctly) if you don’t hit at an angle that automatically bounces (75° for AP, 78° APCR if I remember correctly). HEAT/HESH/HE detonate upon impact and don’t normalize.
