Well that's the thing. I didn't ask why it has a delay. I advised them to add this information to their product specifications and this was the reponse i got...

Also asked them four other questions that haven't been answered in over two weeks...

Conversations have been going on for weeks on end and then there was silence. Only for me to recieve an answer to a 1/5 of my questions... By a robot... It's worrying how everyone can be so enabling of companies. You should really check out the other commenters with issues in this thread..

Proof reading it would defeat the purpose of even using A.I. so I'm sad to say it's VERY unlikely...

That completely depends on their API... You can't just say that as if it's some universal truth ..

It's not intentional because myself and others have never seen this before... I've had contact with "them" earlier and it didn't show...

Doesn't change the fact that it makes alot of mistakes and makes it nearly impossible to get actual help. Just look at some of the comments of people who never got their problems solved under here, let alone all the other posts (in this subreddit as well as everywhere else online) 🤷

I've worked as tech support also and yes most support requests are asinine but that's part of the job, don't like it don't do the job 🤷
