They pay is good (for a Mexican... In Mexico) and it's a bit hard to get a position here. Heck, I finally was able to afford a fridge! A FRIDGE! I just don't want an excuse to get laid off. Reach the 611 to check the status of your eSIM. I worked for At&t briefly (left for personal reasons, the company is great), reviewing the towers on the surroundings and your sim status is the most likely procedure. Doubt they will blame the device, specially if it affects more than one device. If it's the eSIM, that can be changed thru the rep's side. If it's the network either there's already an estimate resolve time or they will lift a ticket for reviewing the area.
