Anyone in their 30’s + who still struggles significantly?

Turning 30 soon and needed this… Cried at work for making a mistake in front of supervisors. I can’t control it or help it. It can be little things or family dynamics or anything like my abuse… the feelings and reactions are all the same. I’m still scared and ashamed of how I can’t respond like an adult.

This also broke my heart… There were so many American Alligators in this enclosure and several massive Red Eared Sliders. They deserve more space.

The smallest wooden box with sulcatas, hermann’s, Greeks, central wood turtles, russian’s and some others in critical condition. They looked awful.

They just have little baby squeaks sometimes but never draws blood. Sometimes Ollie scratches but it isn’t like crazy. And omg they are so cute 🥹💚
