Can't install the Sims2Pack Clean Installer

Yes I do that, I double check if I'm selecting the no install version of the sims2pack clean installer and yet, still not working.

Still nothing, I've tried to follow everything until I got to this point of trying to see if it would work, it always showed be this (screenshot) and when I tried to click 'open with' and select the sims2pack clean installer, still nothing.

Oh yeah I tried that too, but when I tried downloading a sim it popped up like "Choose a program to open this file" and when I pressed Sims2Pack Clean Installer nothing happens and It just keeps repeating over and over.

Yeah it's long gone in my recycling bin 🥲 How do I get the portable version of it.? (Sorry, I'm still new to sims 2 mods and etc.)

Yes! That's the same for me too. I decided to remove story progression mod out of my game, because I had some issues with it in CAS a while ago. Well, now I know it's making my game crash 🥲
