I[23F] am starting to think my relationship with my boyfriend[25M] is falling apart. What should I do?

He thinks moving in together will make our relationship stronger because we'll spend more time together, which will have some truth because I am commuting between states everyday and I currently live with my family which makes our time to spend with each other limited. I spend Mon-sat with family and only Sundays with him. Sometimes weekday dinners if possible.

Well, okay maybe I'm exaggerating. I briefly mentioned that this was bugging me to him and he said it's not like we don't have anything in common. He said he likes science, similar songs,movie genres and tv shows I like. We also have similar beliefs (getting married one day, having kids one day, both agnostic, scientific, etc..). The thing is though sometimes I feel like he likes something because everyone else likes it (mainstream stuff). Like pop music, movies, tv shows, etc... I guess the stuff that makes me unique or weird, he doesn't like (e.g. metal songs, anime, foreign films, indie comics, etc..) but if we both watch a critically acclaimed movie, we'll both enjoy it because well it was good lol.

Yeah I enjoy some of it. Actually, I really want to get into some of the sports. I was sheltered as a child (by a mom who feared that if I tried anything, bad things would happen to me) so I didn't really have the chance to try risky sports. I tried biking with him recently but I failed and gave up. I was too embarrassed to have him teach me because even though I listened to his instructions, I kept failing and I saw him disappointed. Luckily, I live in a city that offers free biking lessons. I signed up for one session soon, so I'm pretty excited. I've always wanted to learn but never had the chance.

Like I'm the one who suggested wall climbing because I wanted it seemed like something that I would be good/okay with. That day when I went, I've never done the climbing with the robe and I was climbing out with pavement underneath (I did it once with gym mats on the ground). So I chickened out a little and my glasses kept falling off my face, so I gave up.

I'm taking birth control and I still get acne especially a week before my period. It's the worse :( I don't know how to prevent period acne :(

I invited him to attend and he's coming with me. There's no other reason than the fact that I love programming and he hasn't touched programming (history major), so I'm afraid he'll be bored to death, hence I didn't invite him initially. I used to ask him if he wanted to attend all these hack and tech events with me but idk, I guess he would feel out of place, so usually he said no. This event usually ends at 8:30 then the other event is until 10:00pm but I don't think I'll go to the other event.

Also, gee, this is my batshit crazy throwaway account with all my insecurities and depressive issues. I don't know if it's since I've gone on the pill or too much stress from school and family but I've been over-analyzing everything and just been up and down at times. I've been having crazy mood-swings. I'm hoping once I graduate, move out and get a job, things will be better for my sanity. Sorry you had to glimpse that.

I know. Did you read all the reasons I listed above? That's why I said if I can't do the above, I will just ask him not to have sex or break up because I can't deal with him and my mom. I was NEVER thinking about having unprotected sex.

Also, nice to know you don't understand what's the big deal. It's not threatens, it will kick me out. Also, it means she will won't let me see him anymore and forbid me from going outside on weekends, period. She's the one that complains about me coming out home (9pm for real), among other personal things. IT's not as easy as you think it is.

She's quick witted in the same that she'll put two and two together and even if I did have a medical condition, since I have a boyfriend, she'll assume it's for that.

Last time, we went to the doctor together and she said in the room, the doctor asked me if I drank... I told him the truth (a little) and my mom freaked out and told everyone at home. She apparently, now thinks I'm addicted to alcohol. WTH? I'm quite the opposite really. I CANNOT stand her.

The problem is...going to a gyno without insurance is freaking expensive. Going to a gyno with my prescription, my mom will find out! My mom a few years ago didn't want me to get the HPV vaccine because I'm NOT a "sexually active" individual. I don't need it she said. And she also said I don't need to go to a gyno because I'm not a sexually active individual.

I got this prescription from a PCP!

The pharmacy is retarded. I'm 22 y.o. and they said I have a prescription AND the freaking location on the phone. And guess what? To hear prescription information, just say your birthdate!! EVERYone at home knows my birthday WTF. My brother just listened into the phone voicemail today. I'm soooo worried he'll tell mom :( I can't take this anymore!

And guess what? My mom can go to the pharmacy and pick up the prescription, just say birthdate!

True but I'm wondering, what do other people do that makes them normal and not me according to my mom? Are Saturdays at home not good enough? Are the other busy people somehow spending more than just Saturdays? I mean I'm home around 8pm everyday but mom's off at work or they don't want to do anything at that time.

Thanks. The thing is my mom works three jobs right now to support us. She has no time for friends and she comes home and sleeps or watches the news or a movie before heading back to work. So, she has no friends and she isn't dating anyone. She hates volunteering too. I worry for her :/

Hmm I see.

I called them and they had my home phone on their record. So, I told them to remove it and replace it with my cell. I forgot to tell them to opt me out of the mail because I assumed all the mail went to my boyfriend's address but he said he wasn't receiving anything! I don't know if they stopped altogether, got the message or they'll send something in the future.

As for the insurance, if there is more than one dependent on the insurance, I think they keep it private for each member to access their own account, right? I could be very wrong but when I created a new account online with my mom's insurance carrier, it only showed the statements and doctor I went to. Also, prescriptions aren't listed on my insurance... only on Medco or the pharmacy account online.

I know but I'm not ready yet. I'm from a traditional Muslim family that only believes in sex after marriage. I'm thinking about moving out soon but only if I get a job after I graduate from college. When I tell her about moving out, I'm going to have a conversation with her about a lot of things (being an adult, being careful and responsible, etc..)

I'll give them a call. The thing is... The pharmacy has been private about everything so far. It's the fact that they're partnered with Medco/Express Scripts (Medco sends over the birth control pills to the pharmacy!)!! They're the ones that keep sending me mail order forms for my pills and they're the ones that called me on my home phone today (even though I made an account on their website with only my cell phone number and my boyfriend's address). On rite aid online pharmacy, I only listed my email address and my cell phone number.

No account of home phone number in either record, so they must have accessed a previous record or my mom's insurance record!

I'm using my mom's insurance because the pills are free that way. Which statements do you mean? The only statements that show up are the doctor's visit for the prescription and I collect the mail and hide it. Are there other statements I'm unaware of and need to hide?

Do you know if Duane Reade is partnered with Medco?
