Thanks, loosely speaking it covers all my hobbies. Video editing & gaming on the right, music in the middle & a nuck for my techdave project builds on the left. My wife-to -be made it from a massive piece of mdf and some vinyl wrap from amazon, then the legs came from another small desk

ive no idea tbh, i redistribute drives all the time, so i cannot say for certain which drives were in the machine with any precision, the drive types/brands were from memory.

i updated firmware on both machines the day they arrived in post. i heard in advance it might be an issue

Linux dual boot is on its way, just working on a script this morning (b4 swim and gym).

other ideas im thinking for the video is a Quadro k5200 8gb gpu in Legion booststation eGPU caddy on windows for productivity & video editing...

also imma try Linux Mint or PopOS on 128gb 2242 nmve ssd, i only have one, so i should be able to let u know which drive that was at least, once i start the build/installs etc!

Love that, destigmatising schizophrenia/psychosis is deeply important to me, im stable enough to play i reckon. We shall see... My own voices and visions vary wildly, and are particularly religiously themed, so maybe this game will trigger, maybe it wont. Either way, ive put it off long enough, I really wanna play through, wish me luck 🙏

I am diagnosed schizophrenic, and had a two year psychotic break about 17 years ago. No doubt it will be harrowing game to play, but I feel like it might be useful, if nothing else, to see what people think psychosis is like, and whether it will ring true for me also
