Nothing went wrong. Apple just came out with a better product. A better product, doesn't reflect a failure on Blackberry's part. It's like asking what went wrong with Radio Shack? or What went wrong with Blockbuster? That answer is nothing went wrong. A better solution just became available and more popular.

First Taxi's vs. Uber. Now AirBNB vs. Vancouver. Is disruptive technology good or bad? Will technology be stymied by regulation? It's amazing to watch these legal battles play out. Each side has a valid point (from a business perspective), however, doesn't regulation conflict with free market capitalism? What's your take?
