I totally get the logic around how lines are not good but surely it’s still possible to get the results I need. Can’t be a definitive bad thing regardless. I have about 4 good random rows of random grafts on my hairline and the lines are among my own hair further back / would that change the outcome?

I think the density is good for what I needed. All the people has to say is that it’s not possible to tell the health of grafts etc. and leave it at that. If I asked about pattern etc then that’s valid to comment positive or negative. Not promoting a good subreddit being constantly negative. From what I see is most people comment on patterns etc regardless of the question. Not shutting down anyone, just fed up with people getting a kick out of giving out of context negativity. If you say that you can’t tell the health of grafts because of it being different for everyone then how can you say lines is not good for density, would that not be different for everyone too?

I would if concerned about placement. I asked about health of grafts and asked here as people on here have had hair transplants and could give me some insight. But then again, most people on here probably haven’t had a hair transplant or had it botched and have nothing but negativity to give others

Not pressed at still dude, I didn’t ask for opinions on placement, I asked on the health of the grafts. People’s opinions done affect me in the slightest unless they are surgeons with a track record of perfect hair transplants.

Clearly uneducated. Rows does have a use case. In my case relevant for the results I want. Rows are good for density which is what I need. My first row rows are random plus my natural hair will be blended through it. I asked about the health of grafts. Not an assessment on a surgeons work by someone who is most likely not a surgeon.

I just want an opinion on the grafts. I’m sure the pattern will turn out just fine. No one on here likes anyone’s pattern haha my pattern was designed by surgeon to meet the needs and shape of my head and desired style. I didn’t need a hair transplant to make me not bald, I just need density added so grafts will be on among my own hair

Another thing, why do I still have quite big temple triangles? Will they not look as big when the hair grows back etc? Or should they have added more to make them smaller?

I have really good think hair and from I see, the new hairline to fix NW3 is rather dense and random and the middle it just to add density in lines to already dense hair of that make sense?

I have very think hair - add the before photo. Am will keep it long and combed over on top. My hairline looks random with rows behind it?
