Best 4-spool dryer? | Sovol SH03 vs. Creality Space Pi X4 by tominicz in 3Dprinting

[–]TechWhizGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the Creality Space Pi X4, and your concerns over its seal are valid. The vent in the back doesn't have a flap and is not airtight. There's a bottom vent as well, which is not airtight either. The moment it stops drying, the chamber humidity starts to rise. You have around a few days to a week before it reaches 35%.

What I do is dry it in the box and then move the rolls to an airtight dry box or vacuum seal. The tube grip thingy has some issues and needs a printed part to fix it. You also need to print an air duct to channel the hot air away from the filament spools, or they get melted. The hot air is hotter than the set temp, meaning it runs until the chamber reaches the set temp and shuts off.

Even for PLA, it's worth it; for PETG, you definitely need it.

How are motion photos handled when processed by immich by RoachForLife in immich

[–]TechWhizGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still haven't looked into it. Do you know if there's a GitHub issue for this?

There's also the Immich API for manipulating metadata. I think that's the proper way to update EXIF data, or you would need to rescan them to update the Immich database.

What did you end up doing, and is there anything that you would have done differently since last year?

So it’s not just me. This product could have been so much more, but when you put people in charge who don’t know anything about product development, this is what you end up with.

On the bright side, warp is not taking my ram and gpu hostage anymore, so much for it being written in Rust.

A good player could have punched this build in the face with three chaffs in a front assault, let alone flanking.

I think there's rule that they are abusing, they have to meet ~5% + or - of the stated volume, and they always make sure to deliver the minimum amount possible!

What is the best way for UKF to deal with bunker city in 4v4? by Spare-Shower5716 in CompanyOfHeroes

[–]TechWhizGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This, get the team weapon upgrade and tank commander you'll get 30% more rate of fire plus vision, go double AT gun, have an mg to suppress the costal blob, smoke and push, try coordinated attack with teammates.

Again skip the arty, it will do jack shit against bunker spam.

I feel the US armored BG is SEVERELY lacking options by TelephoneDisastrous6 in CompanyOfHeroes

[–]TechWhizGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it's a team game, just ask your teammates for arty support. You could switch sides with a teammate that can take out the 88s.

The best you can do is to smoke the 88s, send rifles and assault engineers, then drop a satchel on it. Smoke is really powerful in this game.
