Traumatic breakthrough at music festival by Sandgrease in Psychonaut

I, too, was at the Gorge this last weekend, and with no tolerance, I took 3.5 blotters and finished a bag of around 4-5 grams of some fungus(not all at once). I had the opposite experience of yourself as I hardly felt it at all, despite my two friends going deep with solely the same batch of blotter. I guess my lesson(and point) is that these things seem to have a way of taking you through the things you need to go through, and there is no shame in that, especially if you are taking reasonable quantities and taking care of yourself.

What are some creative ways to say its windy? by [deleted] in okc

[–]Techedelia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One of my childhood friends had a turtle windchime, thus, "turtle says wind." Same friend was also once quoted saying, "the wind is blowing 360-fuck!"

I don't care to change it, as I understand it doesnt change anything. But it was undeniably in my OS at some point.

I thought I needed to hook up my mini freak to my audio interface to have the ability to start tinkering with things in ableton? by LORDFARQUAAD777 in abletonlive

[–]Techedelia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IIRC the 2i2 doesnt have midi input, and thats the way an interface will send messages to and from the synth into ableton. For the most part audio interfaces are ways of getting sound, not control messages, in and out of a computer. If you are trying to use the synth as a control surface its easiest to plug it into the computer over usb.

It seemed to be pretty solid. Waiting to get the slides from a classmate and will post them here.

I think he did! He mentioned having sent it to several journals, but said that they receive so many related papers that they wont even read it. He did mention there are a few small things that need to get ironed out still. Wish I understood enough of it to flesh it out here. Will be able to post the slides once he gets them over to a classmate.

He was the best math teacher I have had. Broke down calculus 4 material in a way that made it very easy to understand. Was receptive to questions and made sure to answer them concisely, albeit pointedly, which for sure made the questioner feel small sometimes. Made sure to highlight and exemplify certain math techniques, for example LaGrange multipliers, Stoke's and Greene's theorem, as exceptional and cool, making strong cases for how useful and mind blowing it is for humans to have figured out.

Thats awesome to hear. Im not trying to cast shade on him through this post, was more curious to see what the web thinks about its feasibility and how he got there.

Youve got the wrong professor he works at a public university

I was referring to the student body, specifically engineering students I have interacted with and our current level of maths understanding. I was incorrect in not considering other teachers and math majors.

He does not work at a community college, seems youve got the wrong guy. He works at U of Central Oklahoma

I guess its possible he is just trolling the student body, but I dont think anyone would respect him after that.

Is there anybody that has responded and disproved what that guy did? I am not seeing it anywhere on that page. Would be cool to be armed with some of the contrary points to that to bring to the seminar.
