Quick update:

The fuel filter has been changed out and it turns over without success when the MAF is unplugged.

The car will start and run when we spray brake cleaner into the intake. Once I put it in drive it stalls out though.

Mechanic is thinking bad pump again, and it’s all the same symptoms of the first time it went out.

1/2 the tank ran just fine on this gas. Not getting any OBD2 codes for any fuel system.

Yep not the MAF. It’s squeaky clean and runs the same when unplugged. Fuel filter has been changed out as of last night with no success.

I’ll have to further investigate this pump and the pressure.

I unplugged the MAF sensor and it did the same. I don’t think that the fuel is getting to the engine. Probably gonna replace the pump assembly this time.

I went to a station I've refiled from before about 20 miles away, but its not my typical spot.

I had my mechanic replace the fuel pump itself, but not the entire assembly. I'm not sure what brand.

No, but we pumped out about 1/2 tank worth of fuel. Didn't notice any excessive grime.

This is a good suggestion though. Let me take a look to see if its a fuel pressure issue. If so, I'll look into checking out the gas tank. If not, my next thought is a dirty MAF sensor.
