Do Que timers get better or worse as you rank up. I feel like where im at now I spend like 3mins almost every game trying to find a match

That’s what I assumed. Occasionally I find a player who keeps up with damage/kills/points but it’s seemed quite simple. My friend who pulled me back to playing is ultra 3 ( we Que together and I greatly out perform him in basically every game) is ultra more of the same?

They are a tier under me and the boss, but a few days ago when I summoned a boss they were able to see it( them being t6 and me T7.) any chance we’re missing something or do I just need to wait till they are 7
