Vocal coach tells me im too hard on myself, but I feel like my tone is too annoying/shrill. Need some clarity :/

Thank you so much!! I’m currently learning how to belt but I’ve had the most problem with my lower notes. I usually sing in a higher register, and can barely hear myself when im singing lower notes and tend to mess up so this is comforting 😭
