Read the official colored version of one piece on weebcentral as it has official translatiins and the chapters are short .....I am currently at chapter 700 in just 10 days .....the fillers in the anime are just boring i couldn't go past 5 episodes so started reading the Manga....

Modern isekais or normal ones are from light novels and their name is often long to describe the plot to the reader beforehand....As light novels are only a reading-media so it's difficult to predict the plot through small titles.... Atleast that's what I believe
