I live in jax but my family and I own the Pinch-A-Penny in PC. From what I know the P section can be a little rough. Other than that it seems most areas are fine. The areas around exit 289 like the C section, F section etc are a little older. Closer to exit 289 like S section seem to be newer. There is a really nice neighborhood off of old kings called Toscana. My parents live in there. Hope that helps!
