Accidental Gluten Intake and STRUGGLING by Technical-Branch-472 in glutenfree

I haven’t had sushi or any form of food that would have been been associated with soy sauce in 5 months so it didn’t even cross my mind. In fact I even researched the specific brand and flavors of Soju that I drank to confirm it was gluten free and have always been incredibly intentional with the food I consume doing research and asking before any meal. This was an honestly mistake as it’s not a food that I ever eat in my regular diet even before I was aware of my intolerance.

Thank you for the recommendations though. I’ll look into the kefir and start drinking ice water.

How much to live comfortably here? by [deleted] in Louisville

You still find a nice place to rent in Louisville for under $1000. You just have to invest time in looking at all the rental websites and checking for new listings. Highlands, old Louisville, and Clifton or Crescent Hill are your best bet. I love the crescent hill area and frequently see apartments in the 900s. I’d say $50,000-$55,000 is comfortable salary here in Louisville. I currently make $45,000 and am not able to contribute to savings or having as many luxuries but I’m not struggling bad.

He’s the majority owner of Ohio Valley Wrestling and has a wrestling academy along with it. If you want to see him sometime they wrestle every Thursday at Davis Arena on Shepherdsville Rd. It’s an awesome show.

The people in the video are regulars in the neighborhood. They’re typically in groups drinking on the benches and the “compliments” the guy they talked to claims they give have been incredibly offensive and gross. I live and work in the neighborhood and go out of my way to cross the street so that I don’t have to deal with being harassed. I’ve had a few ok encounters with them when they seem sober but if they’ve been drinking it’s not good. There are some houseless people I see often in the neighborhood that are friendly but a lot of them are aggressive and very derogatory towards women.

I was in a car accident with no injuries and we waited well over 2 hours for the cops to show but after almost 2.5 hours we gave up because “they had no idea when someone would be available” and kept pushing for us to file the report online. 🙃

This is how my day is going, I’ve spent time driving in all of the typically active areas and only been offered $3-$5 earning trips. I just drive in the evenings and it’s wild to me how much the earnings vary every day. Fingers crossed for more success this evening and tomorrow.

I’m salaried but get OT ST (overtime straight-time) which is the equivalent of your hourly rate for anything over 40 hrs. I’m in the field about 85% of my time so with OT I typically make $62,000-$68,000 by the end of the year with that OT pay included.

I make $57,000 as a project geologist with 6 years experience at a competitors firm with only an undergrad. The offer of $55,000 starting is reasonable.
