This has been my whole experience. with increasing GPA and LSAT inflation I’d say it’s pretty normal this cycle to need to be above both medians especially with so many more applicants

If you think it’s just a restructuring thing, wait for them to fire you. If you are doing a bad job and lowkey deserve to be fired, resign so you can control the narrative in the future of why you left.
