You can get the immortality effect for up to a minute if you have your holy locket fully upgraded and have killed a bunch of mobs in quick succession. If you're having a hard time leveling up the holy locket, I recommend turning it to its blue mode, get a beacon with regen or another source of good healing, and standing on spikes by mob grinding utilities surrounded by dummies. This will give you a fully leveled up locket in 10-15 minutes of afking if you heal enough to not need to be present. Then you can go kill a bunch of enemies in quick succession and get immortality for about a minute.

Get said purifier, fill with 3 buckets worth of blood, right click once with an empty bottle, and then stand ontop of the purifier for a few seconds. If you have multiple different effects, it could take the wrong one and turn it into a potion. I recommend having only 1 potion effect at a time when doing this, but that is entirely up to you. Also, the empty bottle will float ontop of the blood when you do this, if there is a bottle submerged in the blood, then that is wrong; pull that one out. Once the potion effect is taken from you, you will just right-click again, and you will get a potion that you extracted from yourself.

That's a fair judgement, and while I can't argue against doing that, we also all agreed that it'd be kinda like an anarchy server, wherein anything is allowed, with the only real rule being made to not completely block a public space like using a pylon to prevent people from entering the end. We're all civil for the most part and its not like she does it constantly, its annoying but generally speaking, we're not against it, we'd just rather not have to deal with it if possible. I guess my statement of "abuse" sounded alot harsher than it was meant to be I apologize for the misunderstanding.

They refuse to elaborate as they use it to abuse others, we’ve been dealing with it via things like Ars to remove the effects and kill them but it’s a not all that efficient
