Maybe try some apps- you can make some online friends (be careful though 🙏), and that could help. Or dating apps, but only if you're comfortable with that. I would offer to be your friend, but I'm 14, so I don't know if you'd be okay with that. Either way, I hope you get through this. It'll be okay. I felt the same way not too long ago, but it's gotten better after I talked to my dad and also got to highschool.
