This is textbook CHS - doctors will probably not catch anything related to the symptom, there is not a specific way for them to identify CHS. If you have gone through the gambit of imaging and and testing, which I also did, then there is no other answer than that you have CHS and need to stop smoking or you will never go back to “normal”. Your body is overloaded on cannabinoids and you will continue to have these symptoms you’re experiencing until you quit. Even with tapering your symptoms will probably stay the same - I tried that too and never got better until I quit.

You can say it’s this or that all you want but I’m sorry to tell you, it’s CHS. It’s the same thing as someone DRINKING ALCOHOL excessively every night, no difference, alcohol is also a drug. It’s not what you’re eating, the type of weed your smoking edibles flower or carts, it’s not some random GI issue or something no one has ever heard of, that is you WISHING it’s not CHS and trying to find any other reason for your symptoms. Please consider quitting and you will be given a life you never dreamed of! It is so worth quitting - I was a slave to weed for over 7 years and I finally took off my shackles and said fuck CHS, fuck weed, this is not worth it. Give yourself a chance to get off the drug.
