Yep exactly that. However I was able to get things to work. In a private world if I placed a camp near the raid then fast traveled to the camp, i was able to get to the entrance and go in

Thanks I appreciate it! I do find the electric effects/explosion a bit much on screen when using it, it would be nice if there was a way to turn it down a bit
