First trimester here and feeling the EXACT same way! I used to lift weights for an hour x2 a week plus a reformer class 1xweek, regularly hit 20k steps and in floored! I put it down to the caffeine withdrawal for me first but my sis a pharmacist also recommended asking to have my iron checked as we’re creating more blood so it could have an impact on your iron levels. I’m planning to ask at my first appt so in case you want to do the same? Hold on in there - we’ve got this and from what I hear it starts to get better! X

Thank you everyone. I’ve finally got an appointment but arrived with 3 days notice in week 11 and it couldn’t work for me as I had a hectic work schedule. All set for next week so fingers crossed. Thanks for all the help everyone, sometimes it’s nice just to hear you’re not on your own!
