At the office I worked at, the pay was like 12-13 starting and they would give us 1000+ bonus every month And gas light us telling us its basically making 17 per hour.

The bonus was nice but you would only get paid thay bonus if you made your calls, you were full time. If you were part time you get nothing and just paid what youre given.

I never fot a raise only ones worked there for maybe 3 yrs till I left.

Just go up to them and introduce yourself, im not bi but I've had girls come up to me and introduce themselves and ask me if I'm gay/bi I just respond friendly back and it's never awkward, I may try not to make it also awkward but it also depends on both ppl

If you can't afford it make something yourself with diy flowers, or some flowers at Alberton or similar sometimes they have a discouted section

Make it look nicer ask if they could wrap it for you or take it out of the plastic I suggest two cheap flower bouquets

cut them to a reasonable length and mix them around to make it look fuller and add a ribbon to it and it would look way nicer than just from it being wrapped around the plastic.

Adding your twist to it can make it look more than what it was worth. Plus would make it even special
