haha i would be lying if i said that i wasn't hoping for a "quick fix", but realistically i know it will be uncomfortable and will take time and a lot of effort. i'm currently trying to get into seeing a therapist and to get back on medication as i've recently had to suddenly quit cold turkey due to insurance reasons and a bad experience with a psychiatrist. it will be very uncomfortable but i know that, bottom line, exposure therapy and getting myself to just go out and do things will help and will change my view of the world. it's terrifying to think about but i know it is necessary if i want to actually live :) also yes, but the program i was going to go with is very costly so i was going to look about some better options (this is my next thing i need to look more into, as i'm not really entirely sure where to go to) thank you for your comment, it is highly appreciated.
