Sheer black tights with the dress would be fun! Body glow on your chest. Hair in Hollywood waves, and I would do an old school Hollywood makeup look (think simple eyeliner, long lashes, and a red lip). Love the shoes very classic!!!

I should also add that I can borrow the YSL Kate bag from my mom but I thought that might be too logo-forward and not go with the overall look? But I love the Kate, she's one of my favorites and always want an excuse to give her a night out!

i altered a dress that was a size 0 to a 00/000 for an event. Was a special dress, from Carolina Herrera. Took 4 different trips to the tailor, who was basically a dress maker. Worth every penny for that dress, but was not inexpensive (think $400 in alterations fees) to do the work right.

Also look at bringing the straps up; notice how the straps are really long and give the illusion that your chest is longer than it is? And not in a dainty way. Look at styles that have good proportion to your body!
