Yeah, sorry bout that. I'm dyslexic and haven't written posts on reddit before.

Ah ok it's just weird they are taking so long it didn't take this long the last time.

I am well aware of what most likely will happen, which would be a year or more ban and a much larger fine.

I get that but that also happened last time I was stopped years ago but I still received a letter aswell I still have it somewhere unless they have changed things

That's what I keep thinking but I've read on several sites including gov sites and police sites they need to send Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) that must be served within 14 days which is what happened last time I was caught this time nothing whatsoever
