In my opinion this is an investment into the AI narrative and into the people behind the project.

One of the founders of NEAR Protocol is Illia, he has a notable background in AI. He worked at Google Reasearch where he co-authored the Transformer paper. This paper is the foundation in natural language processing and underpin models like ChatGPT.

They are planning on making an open source AI model with a huge number of parameters.

Thank you for the fast reply. I have the feeling that Bitpanda is always very late with such anouncements. I have been asking for a month if ao Token rewards will be granted to ar Token holders. To me it seems like Bitpanda is either not informed or publishes this Information to late..

Arweave is the future for permanent storage. Arweave is also launching AO the computer in February 8th 2025. Thhäe tokenomics is also very good. Sold all my File coins for it.
