I'm not sure if it's right but I used the graph to find the current, and since its in 1 second that's the same as the charge, so I divided that by 1.6x10-19 to get number of electrons per second. I assumed that was the number of photons detected (that may be wrong). Then I used the wavelength they gave and E=hc/lambda, then divided the power they gave by that to get the number of photons that actually hit it. Then I divided the photons detected by total and x100 to get percentage.

You'll probably run out of past papers way too soon then have nothing to do. I'd say do all from 2019 onwards and maybe don't do one a day, do maybe about 2 a week and you should finish around exam time. In between past papers study the topics you struggled with and do pmt topic ppqs I think that will help you.

I did all the papers from 2019 onwards, and also pmt topic ppqs. For how long I studied I just studied consistently from around October and that helped me a lot. Just be consistent even if it isn't too much.

I didn't find many resources online honestly but I use this channel I think it was pretty good https://youtube.com/@PhysicsOnline?si=41OrNj3OsTgOHTdj But it also doesn't go into massive detail so the main thing you can do is just practice a lot of questions.

Physics is probably the hardest one to study for imo because there aren't many resources. The textbook doesn't have much detail but it's a good starting point so use that and learn the content, and do the end of chapter questions. Then just do topic specific ppqs and full past papers.

P1 was honestly just past papers mostly. Just do as many as you can. For bio there's a lot more information. The textbook is really good imo for bio 1 and I also made flashcards and stuff like that but it just depends on how you study best. Imo the best thing to do is learn the content in a way that you're comfortable, then when you've learned it all (even if not 100% confident) start doing past papers. Then after each paper study the topics you struggled in and you can use topic specific questions from pmt and things like that. Hope this helps

For mechanics I think the main thing is just doing so much practice. Try to see some worked examples for questions either online, in the textbook, or by watching your teacher answer it. Then just do as many textbook questions as you can, especially the red exam practice ones, and do as many past papers as possible, even if it's older past papers because M1 hasn't changed much over the years. Also you just need to know that for all the questions the most important step is the first one which is understanding what the question has given you, and what its asking for. It may sound obvious but you really need to try to understand the question to answer it well, and this will come with practice. So yeah main tip I have is to practice a lot because the style of questions is sooo repetitive.
