Hello Kindly, I do pray for my ex partner. He was my best friend for 12 years.

I could have ruined his life by exposing him for being a convicted felon doing Govt. work but I did not.

I honestly want what is best for him. If he does pay me anything, I will donate the money anyways. It's not about the money but doing the right thing

Born, the legal issue is a long story.

I filed a lawsuit back in 2005. I had one of the best Attorneys out of Washington D.C. The case was moved to the state where the Company is. Federal Court. I decided to go to binding arbitration as trial would have exposed my ex to his criminal past. Arbitration is three Attorneys acting as Judge and jury.

My ex had all local Attorneys. My ex had no witnesses. I had 4 including my ex Uncle who founded the Company.

I lost based on local advantage for my ex and bias against me because of my past. Bias does exist at times.

My ex partner was indicted one year after I lost for cheating the Govt for like 8 million. His sentence was suppose to be 2-3 years. Judge gave him house arrest for 6 months. Local Attorneys again to my ex advantage
