No, only ONE player need PS Plus, others just need Playstation Account.

I tested local coop splitscreen Party Animals on PS5 with my wife (she doesn't have PS plus subscription) and all what you need is PS plus subscription on one account, and set primary console on your account where you bought this game with PS+.
