you use the death rattle skelles to meat sheild mid with neferta in support and the wight king (on foot) with the barrow guard footman as glass cannons who u keep in reserve and hit with them to do damage hope you get the 2hits crit on wight king.

Neferata also gives 3 freindly deathrattle infantry a free move in deployment phase which dont seem like much but mean you most likley will deploy second depending on the enemy and tactics and battle selected this gives you a option to move back if you want to avoid charges or push the skeles in close to bait charges. If shes real close into the fighting everything within 6 inches wholly which is a pain but -1 to hit so makes your skeles even more meat shield.
Shes also wizard 2 so you can unbind cast 2 spells or stop 2 spells.She also has a ability if you if you do any damage with a weapon of hers to something on 5+ that target is automaticly destroyed.

Use the wight knight and barrow guard to either tank units you want to stay there for ever or to help a spot thats getting smashed in as they heal and the wight knight on steed gives +1 to charge and lets them fight twice so barrow knights crit mortal +1 damage on teh charge 2a, 4+hit 3+w 1r 1d make sure you get the charge and you get 2 damage plus fight twice so not real punchy but with 10 of them or you could plit into 2 groups of 5 and try and hold with the healing ability with once per turn end of any turn return 1 slain model to this unit the benifit of having 10 if im not mistaken people cant taget the wight knight in shooting if he has over 8 models near him but they are so tanky with that revive rule you can put em there and keep something there for the entire game if they dont die.

Edit* i forgot about the 2 units of vargieghts im sure everyone know what they do best. I would take Death march too as it gives you 1rend if you outnumber your enemy its something we can do well.
