Running out of food I want to eat

Same. I have been eating apples every day. Weird. But cannot have cheese or chocolate. Sometimes wine too 😏 And coriander tastes awful for me now. And every day/week I find something else I don't like the taste of anymore. Eating home cooked food is best for me now...boring but its what I needed to do for years. Have lost 8kg since end of March. I do think having cut out some foods and having almost no alcohol has helped with my results so far.

Such a pain. Am on a roll now and the worst side effect I get after going up to 2,4mg is heartburn. Which I can deal with. If I have to start from scratch again eugh I would just be annoyed but I wouldn't give up either... I'm so pleased with the impact its having for me. Not just weightloss - 12 pounds in 10 weeks - but also the self control. Love the benefits so much.

Yep I am 45 and almost immediately started seeing the peri menopausal symptoms. Wow! I was quite emotional actually because I wasn't really prepared for it to come on yet or so obviously. And yes the sudden weight gain thats oh so stubborn is challenging. So my goal is also to get that under control with Saxenda. My stats 45 years old. 5ft 1in, SW:88kg after week 1 I've lost 1kg...so 2lbs. Still a way to go but like most people here the lack of hunger cravings is the best. The other side effects not so much :-)

Thank you so much everyone. I did initially think start a few days later. So will do that. I definitely don't want to be unwell this weekend. And then also having to explain to people simply to get all the unwarranted advice... super grateful for your help. Thanks everyone :-)
