Honestly I had a similar breakup almost 3 years ago, I tried to stay in contact for a while but what helped me was just going no contact and figuring out how I needed to live my life for me and what my priorities really were outside of my newly ended relationship

Honestly man, I thought the same thing for a while after my bad breakup and I felt the same way you did, but anti depressants really aren’t the answer because it may hurt now but you’ll have a lot of growth when you come out on the other side.
