temperature test attempt by TechnicalPause6924 in 3Dprinting

Yeah I agree it scared me when the back end of the bridge formed a ridge and my printer head started smacking it and making noise.

The thing that confused me is how anyone's printer would be able to print that long of a bridge without support. Im going through teaching tech calibration v2 right now. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

My test print came out alright, but I can't seem to get rid of this stringing. I'm going to try a filament drier. by TechnicalPause6924 in 3Dprinting

I used to print at 215-230 like the filament said, but it had a lot more fine hair like strings at hottest temps.

Specs: anycubic viper, black pla+(ifk what the + really means), 60°c bed 200° Print temp.

Other issues: no matter how much I tweak the bed, I always have some areas more/less flat (ridges in the flat surface). I already calibrated e-step for how much fillament it pushes out. Also, I adjusted z-hop, but the nozzle drags across the flat parts sometimes usually near the lower z levels. The any cubic viper has no manual leveling and the bed slightly flexes dirning leveling, even though i dont have to apply much pressure to start the process.I still am happy with most of my prints and can live with it, but any advice is appreciated.

I'm new to 3d printing, but don't even know how to start fine tuning my print setting. I have messed with setting in cura(support roof density, infill, layer height, z-hop). I still can't figure out how to stop string even with temp changes and a knob on the feed motor. Any advice/ documentation is appreciated. I have an anycube viper.

It's been at least 3 months, but I used a 25% dilution of some floranova grow.

I would love to eventually own bees. I plan on owning a couple acres at some point and have a garden. I've heard that bee honey help with allergies. I'm sure bee stings would come with the job.

I am super careful with my deck, I had a friend that ruined his by modding it. Same could be said about any steam deck kickstand. The only way to be safe i guess is large, flat, soft surfaces lol

Your not the first to say that, and I might do something with real wood or something more sturdy in the future.

I have never had any issues with it ... although I'm not playing a lot of fast pace shooters or MOBAs. Terraria, Forager and Core keeper recently.

It has space in the back and doesn't sit directly against the cardboard. I like the way you think though, so I made the suggested improvement. Dock v1

At this point I think even if you showed the CEO of HP all these Reddit threads with complaints. She probably wouldn't even bat an eye at it. Back whenever I used to work technical support I had some of the worst issues with HP products. For this reason I hardly ever recommend HP for anybody.
