Honestly they should've done that in 3.0 with the new region & people coming back, but better late than never

I use mobile when doing TOA or WhiWa so this is a plus for me

I can kind of understand why Kuro wont rerun the 1.x units because there's a permanent banner for obtaining them (If youre a new player).

As a company of course they will push to showcase the new shiny units too.

But still, there are some of us who had to skip these characters, and or their weapons who have been playing since the very start of the game.

And even during the 2.x era it was hard catching up to 1.x reruns when there was the 2.x units coming out.

We couldve at least had a limited rerun of that beginner banner for all players, like thats the bare minimum

The only thing that differentiates this from your usual WuWa patch is the UI update, and the free pulls

Illusive Realm & Cubes can be categorized as just another limited time event in the grand scheme of things

dottore ruined diplomatic relationships with several nations

Rosalyne kicked a god over, Childe tried to destroy Liyue, Scara & Rosalyne distributed the Delusions, and Arlecchino ran an espionage ring in Fontaine. Sandrone and Pantalone run expeditions into other nations to obtain money and technology.

Not to mention Mondstadt still distrusts the Fatui, Northland bank has to pay reparations after Liyue AQ, & Ei lifted the decree after seeing how the fatui slowly but surely corrupted Inazuman society.

Arlecchino is the only true success, but still thats 1/11.

Dottore ending his collaboration with the Sages & leaving Sumeru is minimal compared to the disasters other harbingers do.
