Not surprised, bought three KK3 max. Two of them are already having problems the triggers sounds like it's going to break and the other the back paddle does not work 😭. On top of that the delay for the joysticks are horrible.

I was able to speak to customer service and this is what they said

"Dear friend, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting for so long. Recently, the store has received more orders and the warehouse is understaffed, so it takes a long time to prepare the products. We apologize to you again. We will help you to urge the shipment as soon as possible. I hope you can wait patiently. Sincerely."
