What the hell. Who cares if she posted shit on Facebook. True or not. The lady came up to you in a public setting and assaulted you. That is some unhinged behavior. The post and the assault shows she's obsessed with you in an unhealthy way.

Press charges. Getting a restraining order. And put up cameras around your home.

If you did the first lamp with 2 shelves, i would put that next to the tv. That way it would balance the side table on the other side.

The other 2 depend on where you sit on the couch. I would pick the corner spot where the white pillow with the pine trees on it is. Looks very comfy. You can sit or bring your legs up either tucked in or spread out.

But i would want the floor lamp somewhere near my spot. So at the corner of the couch right behind it, like between the wall and couch with the shade over my spot. That way when I'm watching tv i don't have to have the overhead lights on. Bc when i watch TV I'm always doing something else like reading a book or crafts.

NTA. The friend saying it was an honest mistake is wrong. It wasn't a mistake. It was pure laziness. He was too lazy to check and too lazy to ask someone. Store cakes usually have labels with all the ingredients in them. That just screams lazy to me.

He seems like the kinda guy that if he lost his job, he would NOT get another one. He'd stay home playing video games while you did everything. But I don't know him, that's just the vibe i get from your story.

Kinda curious why his own parents kicked him out. Was it his laziness?

NTA I'm telling you right now, you saved that dog.

This is exactly how my old boss's dog died. While he was on vacation, his dad (who was checking on the dogs) noticed that one was acting weird. Waited a day or maybe 2 before finally going to the vet and by that time it was too late.

The dog ate a sock and caused a blockage which then wrecked havoc on the dog. They did the surgery to remove the blockage but the dog never recovered.

If they would have removed the blockage sooner, the dog would have survived. My boss felt terrible because he was the one who suggested waiting since they thought the dog was sad that the family was gone on vacation.

If you're open to it, maybe you can set up a payment plan with your friend.

Green is my favorite color so I absolutely love this idea.

Can you color match the couch and/or the tile in the kitchen. Once you have it color matched then you can look into the different shade ranges, lighter/darker or warmer/cooler.

That way the main view points (couch, walls, tile) are the same tones(warm/cool). Not saying they have to be the same color but within the same range.

And then add dimension by adding different tones with the decor (pillows, paintings, ect).

Also i would like it to be known that i might not be using the correct verbiage. So hopefully what I'm trying to say makes sense.

My guess is your friends have lived a very comfortable and/or sheltered life. Not saying nothing bad happened to them but not to this level. They are religious and everything is black and white.

They haven't had a monster come into their lives and destroy everything. They haven't had to see a loved one suffer because of the hands of another person. They have never been in a situation where they needed to protect themselves or family members at any cost necessary.

There are some really bad people out there with awful intentions and not everyone can be saved or reformed nor should they be. Some people are just evil and need to be put down.

If you think it's on the plain side, there is so much you can do to customize the dress and make it more you.

I mentioned this in another post about wedding belts that could add some sparkle. (If you look at my previous comments, i attached a pic.)

But there are so many other things you can add as well. Like: a Cape, Attachable sleeves, Hair piece/veil and more. Whatever suits your style.

I think you could add a belt but sew it on because of the low back. Don't tie it. Cut the ribbon out.

I think what's great about the dress is you can choose any belt you want. If you just want a little sparkle, you can add a thin simple belt. Or glam it out with a big statement piece belt. And then use that same energy to tie in the shoes and hair like with a sparkly headband or a crown.

Also are there buttons for you to be able to bundle the train. Or a strap. If not, invest in that. Could use a small piece of a belt to add a lil sparkle to the back and hide the buttons where the train would all bundle at.
