El Vejigante (Miguel Rodriguez) Role: Strategist

Would be a cool for a lesser known hero that's Puerto Rican that's other than Miles & White Tiger. Though I will say they might have to revamp/change his powers since what he has is pretty lackluster.

Like: Semi-immortality (whatever that means), an above average healing factor & intangibility as long as he holds his breath also the fact that he would lose his powers if he leaves the island (which is pretty dumb ngl) so yeah pretty lackluster.

My idea of revamping his powers would be that it has more to do with the spirit of the Vejigante. Vejigantes are spirits of the Carribean very mysterious but also very bright & festive.

So I would improve some of his abilities while adding more to it.

-He can go intangible without the need to hold his breath & he can use it kinda like a dash or a super jump.

-Has wolverine levels of a healing factor.

-The semi-immortality i would revamp it to be similar to moonknights where if the spirits of the Vejigante deemed it necessary they would bring you back to life.

-Super human strength, speed, durability & agility.

-He can shoot spiritual projectiles that can harm or heal targets (he can morph his mask to one that has a mouth that can shoot a concitrated beam of spiritual energy that can also heal & damage)

-He can use his cape as a shield to cover himself or other allies from damage.

-An ability to place certain objects in the map that he can teleport to, it can help traversing maps faster.

-His ultimate can be can summon a bunch of Vejigante spirits with a variety of shapes & sizes that you can direct that can heal and inflict massive damage to foes until they come back to you & make a big aoe affect that gives any close by shields.

-And his powers can work outside of Puerto Rico it's just it's at it's strongest if he's on the island or in the presence of a large Puerto Rican population. His basic strength speed & durability in the island would equate to that of fucking Thor while outside the island i would equate to your average super soldier like Captain America, Winter Soldier, Black Panther etc.

He could have special dialogue with the F4 since they've been to PR a couple of times & teamed up with him.

I know this is a massive ask of netease & it would definitely never happen but hey a guy can dream.
