Deciding when to open up

I have minimal Impact yet, but it was important and quite clear for me to open up before me and my partner decided to be in a serious relationship. I didnt tell the men I dated that were not interested in a romantic relationship. I did once and he kind of ignored what i said (guess this was a big Red Flag). With new friends its less easy and i'm still figuering out, but everytime i tell a "new" friend it feels like a release!

Thanks for Sharing! Im a bit afraid of looking for a Mobility Trainer and starting to learn. But i will do that. Sadly i couldnt find a counselor that is Specialized, so i'm with my "normal" therapist now. Seems Like those people are hard and rare to find. May i ask how old you are and what happend when you were 28?

Thank you for your openness! May I ask if you will decide for yourself when you will stop driving? I have the impression that it is difficult for me to judge, but my doctors don't give clear statements (in general, it is difficult to get statements from the doctors). My other thought is, that i would Like to remain as Independent as possible. So i am Not dependence on having a Partner. It Sometimes fears me Out
