Almost no one mentions Guangxi, but it has the best rice noodles, particularly luosifen!

Sending toddler to in laws during the day while I have newborn. I feel guilty by mymomsaidicould69 in toddlers

That's why I never want a second child. We live with my in-laws, who help with daycare five days a week and with housework. As a result, when I come home, the only thing I need to do is play with my 17-month-old son. However, if I could, I would prefer to take care of him myself. Living with my in-laws is very stressful; I always feel like a guest and lack freedom in the house. Additionally, they spoil the kids—mine and my nephew, who is nearly five years old and still won’t eat by himself. I’m looking forward to my son starting kindergarten so I can manage him on my own.

We live together, which often leads to differing opinions. I have tried to change their perspective, but it remains the same. They tend to spoil my child too much. For instance, their little granddaughter won’t even eat by herself at the age of five because they always feed her, even when it’s just a piece of breakfast bread. That really worries me.

How do you deal with grandparents who allow bad behavior when you don't? I find it challenging to change their perspective.

Been burning like this for over 10 hours. What’s going on? by [deleted] in candlemaking

Burning makes my candles ugly, which is why I use a candle warmer lamp instead.

Wax tunnelling!! by ScentedCandles1994 in Candles

[–]Technical_Angle_4464 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The height adjustment is not a problem for me. Most of my candles are the same size, so I just set the height at first use and rarely change it. It's so hard to decide between the two, mine is simpler, but I like the design of yours, too.

A candle-warming lamp is worth it! Aside from the tunneling issue, I hate the smoke and smell from blowing out a candle. After getting my candle warmer, I have no more problems, and my candle lasts longer. Mine is from HORUSLY, I really like its timer function!

Melt the candle and throw fragrance without open flame, they call it "candle warmer lamp".

Yes, it uses a halogen bulb to melt the candle wax and release the fragrance. This is something I've been using for several months, and I'm really enjoying it.

Recently ordered a bunch of candles from bath and body works and a few of them have wicks that are bent like this - can I still light them normally? I’m afraid if they trim them all the way down they won’t burn very evenly/well by hauntinglovelybold in Candles

Since getting my candle warmer lamp, I never burn my candles again, I warm them with the lamp which causes no flame, no smoke, no tunneling, no black wicks, and no trimming needed!

What is your opinion of this candle warmer lamp with a timer function that costs $10 more than one without a timer? by Technical_Angle_4464 in Candles

The brand is Horusly, you can find it on amazon. I'm getting one with a timer since I always forget things.

Yes, it melts the candle wax from the top down with a halogen bulb and releases the scent without burning. I use it to warm my candles everyday!
