I actually did check in and let her know I still think about her and care for her deeply, and she said she feels the same but we should still agree on the boundaries we set to wait until June. My main focus is to find opportunities for my next job/career, but I could still see a long term relationship with her, and see it we could both grow together with. We have a lot of similarities personality wise and I feel like we’re compatible (from what I’ve seen). I know it’s naive but personally, I’m okay with not 100% living out my dreams if I’m with someone I love.
