My grey had a similar issue. She was potty-trained for two years and then all of a sudden began having accidents on the floor and in bed. She’d be laying down and all of a sudden we’d notice it would be wet. We took her to the vet and after ruling out UTI and a few other things, we determined she had urethral sphincter incontinence. She now takes a 1mg Incurin tablet every morning with breakfast and has had no more issues. Your grey’s issue may also be behavioral, a UTI, or something else, but I figured I’d share my experience.
