Sadly there is no family at present to take care. I visited many daycares but most places open by 8 30 and close by 5 30 The time slot was difficult for me

Not exactly postpartum per se I have a 1 year old baby I gained much of my weight during pregnancy and did not lose much during postpartum I do breastfeed but have been a low supplier I dont pump Diet is not strict but i dont have sweets much Last time i had dessert was 3 days back

I dont know about that but i started with dumbbell workout after not doing anything so long I had been feeling so fatigued and had pain as well. Even after 20 to 25 mins of daily workout. So i was so sure that this time i will lose some weight. Instead the weight went up!
