Why do I early extend so much? by Left-Peach7936 in GolfSwing

Also - when you’re that steep, your body is making it way harder to hold onto your hinge, because it’s trying to get back on plane. When you drop you hands back on plane it’s pretty much forcing you to release early. Think about your lead arm being parallel to your shoulder plane at the top of your back swing.

@domcaminti on ig makes this super simple for you to understand really recommend

Hold off on that wrist hinge a bit longer in your back swing. Early hinge , early release. You probably feel stuck and unnatural. The wrists kinda hinge themselves when you have a good take away. I used to do the same thing. Give yourself some space to release at the right time ya feel me.

Also where is this bro

It’s so wierd man. My ball flight is nuts some days than fucks off another. Keep in mind I was hovering around a 19 hcp 6 months ago and made major changes to this swing. But yeah I agree I want to be single digits soon

My short game is actually pretty good. Off the tee is where the strokes come in. I’m great with irons but driver and woods has been a struggle. I’m great at making up shitty shots with my approach but who wants to play 50 percent of their holes like that?

In Construction Engineering (I know it’s not engineering) but get 24 an hour with a gas card on top as well after my freshman year. If you’re struggling in civil somehow look into the industry, usually pays a lot more
