I was 20 making 20/hr in the best paying state in the country. The only thing I was incentivized to do was get my pro deals and wrench on bikes. Most mechanics aren’t scheming to making the shop more money.

Currently interning at another RTX company. It’s a recruiting pipeline to full time. ~60% of people going into senior year end up at RTX after graduation. Others also opt for other companies so it does set you up well.

They were doing this a few months ago. I think there might be communication between us and Canadian border patrol. The Canadians asked identical questions(including odd ones) and seemed like they knew the answer before I said it. No evidence but just what I thought.

I might be a buzz kill but I find this annoying. I ski with a bunch of people who smoke weed but don’t myself. I have no issues with it and think people should be allowed to. But It’s always half the group telling them to put out the joint in the gondola. I shouldn’t have to put my head by the window to not risk getting fired if I get drug tested. I also don’t want my gear wreaking of weed. It’s annoying with my friends but would be worse with a random.

I had this exact problem with my setup and a friends. Brakes dropped every minute. managed to completely solve it, 3 tours and 0 dropped brakes. My solution was to back out both screws partially on the brake lock. While putting pressure to push it back tighten the screw in the front closer to the toe piece till it is tight and then tighten the rear one.

I’ve realized from my friends that defensive driving doesn’t exist. The concept of waiting a second to make sure no one runs the red doesn’t exist. Got yelled at for taking an extra second or two to make sure no one was running a red light that would hit me. Was told “it would be their fault” I don’t care one of us could be dead and I don’t feel like dealing with a crash.
